    The groin ultrasound last week indicated a lymph node or nodes on the left groin (where I had the biopsy in early Dec and have the 3 seromas) measured larger than the ones on my right groin. I wonder if that's typical after having surgery or are my left ones larger for some other reason?

      You're still healing so they're just doing their job with helping you heal which could cause them to get a little bigger. Plus, I don't think all of our lymph nodes are the same size, so I wouldn't worry about it unless it shows more growth in a few months when you get checked again.
