It happened to me when I went to the google search and put MPIP.org in.  It says your information is not safe here.  I came in through the website to be safer?

I usually come in via a bookmark for melanoma.org but, when I just typed in MPIP.org, I received the following message:

"The owner of mpip.org has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website."

MPIP.org is not the correct url for this site, so it's not saying this site is unsafe. The url is melanoma.org and in there is the patient forum "MPIP". If that makes sense.

I always used the MPIP.org URL before. Maybe they need to do something.

That's strange, I have never used that url. I tried once, when I was on another laptop that I don't have it bookmarked on and it gave me that weird page. Then I realized I had to type in melanoma.org and go from there.

      Hi all:

We are upgrading to an https secure site, just to make everything more secure both on MPIP and our other pages. You shouldn't see this any longer but please let me know if you continue to. I can be reached directly at education@melanoma.org

      Thanks,

      Shelby – MRF
