Swollen Lymph one year after S1 melanoma removal

One year ago I had a stage 1 removed from my neck.  I've had several checks since then that were clean.

Recently, I've found a pea-sized swollen lymph about 1cm from the scar site.  Any advice regarding how reactive I should be?  Watch it a week or two? Or head right into my doctor?

Tough call given the primary location, but I would think even your doc might want you to wait a short time to see if it goes down.   In general, neck nodes swell more than others so it could easily be benign.   I'd probably call and at least get on the schedule, just in case.  Hopefully it is nothing!
