        I live right by 2 similar hills.  The only thing I have going for me (that this hill apparantly doesn't) is that there are schools and a firehouse nearby.  They are the first roads shoveled and sanded.  But I have had similar experiences going up and down these hills, and have also learned to avoid them if I haven't seen the plows out salting first!
