Thank you for the update and hoping all the best in your treatment. Keep you chin up, easy to say I know I have just been diagnosed with MM and it can be pretty frightening, but I am full of admiration for all you guys going through treatment. I will know tomorrow what treatment I will be going through.

Good luck with yours Jamie xxx

Thank you for your replies. It all went well yesterday and I was told that it was "in situ" so as you can imagine I was over the moon. I just have to go back on the 8th and they are going to remove some more tissue and that is it hopefully! xx

You are bound to be scared it is normal but it is not nice, however you have had one successfully removed so this should be just the same.

I am scared too because I am waiting for the results of my biopsy. It is terrifying I know so I am with you all the way and will send positive thougts to you.

Let us know how you get on.

Well it is good to know all these things. I am just waiting for the results of my biopsy and feel almost certain that it will be positive for melanoma and am scared still so am wondering what the alternatives are so it is good to read your posts. I had a pet scan a year ago for another cancer and am having a scan next Tuesday for my upper part area to include my lungs, just wonder if it will show up my lymph glands because I wonder if they are infected by now. All terrible waiting.

I wish you both good luck and fingers crossed,
