      You can log in you iCloud account with FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery. Then you can choose "Recover from iCloud Backup Files" mode, then sign in iCloud account with your Apple ID and password. After that, you can preview photos selectively. If you have chosed the photos you need, go to "Recover" to save them on your computer.  It only takes minutes then all you need canbe save on your computer again.
