I hadn't noticed much if any change. He said this is the last one that looks suspicious. "If you're looking for a doctor to sit and watch suspicious moles that's not me" was what he said.

I don't know that it was changing. I know it was light brownish.  And the black spots are going away as the wound heals.  I'm not sure how I'm going to deal with this anxiety.  Everything hurts.   Probably because of the extreme stress I'm put myself under for a month.  Is today Thursday? I don't even know what day it is.  It's just another day of worry.  And another day of unknown.

      Microsscopic description

A compound type melanocytic proliferation is present demonstrating architectural disorder and severe cytologic atypia.  Immunostain MART 1 stains atypical melanocytes at the dermo-epidermal junction as well as the dermis.  Immunostain HMB 45 stains intraepidermal and superficial dermal melanocytes with decreased staining intensity in deeper melanocytes.

Does "lateral and deep edges positive for neoplasm" mean the edges of the mole or the edges of the entire biopsy ?
