Bio

I have been married for 10 years and have a 9 year-old son. I worked as an admin at JHU/APL. I love the Lord with all my heart, soul and strength.
In February of 2011 I had a cancerous spot removed from my shoulder. It was Melanoma but did not go below the epidermis. I was told to see the dermatologist every 6 months for a full body scan. In Nov/Dec of 2011 I began having terrible back pain. My Dr. first thought it was muscular and put me on Ibuprofen and see PT. Another month or so passed and my Dr. decided to have a xray of my Tspine and saw that my T10 was fractured. Turns out a tumor grew there and fractured my vertebrae. I had the tumor/vertebrae removed. I had radiation to clean up any active cells. Then we found out that the cancer spread in my lungs, hip, femur, L1, L3, sacrum. I will begin IL2 in a couple days. I pray for healing.
