I've noticed that a few people who had the same diagnosis as my daughter…stage 3 – unknown primary, who have been NED for several years have exercised daily and kept in good shape.  I wonder if the exercise is what kept my daughter NED for all these years.  The following article about melanoma and exercise is interesting.  It seems like it might be worth reading.
