51 year old male with rapidly progressing Mucosal Melanoma, diagnosed August 2012.
Lymph Node and Liver Mets were discovered December 2012 and Adrenal, Kidney, Stomach and Lung Mets January 2012.
Enrolled in Merck MK-3475 vs Ipilimumab in December of 2012, but did not get randomized until late January and was randomized to Ipi. Decided to try MEK/Atk inhibitor combination instead as don’t think there was time to see if the ipi would work.
