      Hello.

      Swelling in your feet, legs and with arms are uncomfortable. I would recommend you to go through a Massage therapy because a therapy works by directing pressure to the skin and muscle areas affected. Many physical therapists have also suggested that those people who are dealing with feet and leg pain, can opt the hydrotherapy treatment. My friend was staying in Yakima and she was dealing with the same situation, so her doctor has recommended her to install a walk in bathtub in Yakima because these tubs supply with extra features of hydrotherapy jets which help the tissues to heal quickly.
