My son is 28 years old, perfectly healthy other than his diagnosis of melanoma. He hit his shin on a trailer while helping move someone. What he thought was a blood blister came up, but wouldn’t scab over and heal. He actually tried to shave it off a little to make it scab over. (I know you’re shaking your heads!) He waited almost 8 months to have it checked out. It was 2.05mm, just smaller than a dime.
