Attention Chicago Residents! We wanted to inform you about a free educational opportunity in your area for melanoma patients and caregivers. The Melanoma Research Foundation in conjunction with the Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University will be hosting Together Against Melanoma: A Patient & Caregiver Symposium focusing on Research, Education, Hope and Healing (use this link to register!). Patients and caregivers can join in-person or virtually on Saturday, April 27th from 8 am – 1:30 pm CT. During this free one-day event, melanoma experts and health care providers will share the latest news in cutaneous melanoma diagnosis, treatment and supportive care. Participants will engage in topics ranging from melanoma clinical trials, the impact and genomics of immunotherapy on cancer medicine, surgery and treatment options, and more!Please note, in-person registration closes on April 22nd.The full symposium agenda and registration are accessible through this link.
