I have just started a Clinical Trial with Utomilumab at Sloan Kettering. Has anyone heard of or been on this drug? . I have progressed on other therapies and chemo. I have been having alot of back pain and the MRI showed bone mets from thoracic down to sacrum. One of the tumors is sitting on a nerve. I am feeling discouraged about so much bone involvement. I also have in my pelvis and femur. Anyone have good reports of regression in bone tumors? I am hoping the travelling and trial will be worth the time, money and exhaustion.

I hadn’t seen that post specifically, thanks for the information. I like to see they had a melanoma patient, was wondering if there were any. I’m not sure if there is still Keytruda in my system but hopefully I’m getting the combined benefits. I guess time will tell if this is worthwhile. -

This is encouraging although it sounds like monotherapy is less effective as combo therapy. I know my doctor wanted to start with the trial with the least toxicities. I am still hopeful my body responds to this. Thank you for finding that information it was helpful.
