That is great news!  Brent has failed ipi and we would like to get information on anti PD-1.  If you have any news on when they might let folks who have failed ipi try PD-1 would you pass it on also.  They are excluding prior ipi patients now but I would hope someday….Thanks

      Hi Jimmy,

      Thank you for the update.

I have read speculation that BMS is not scheduled for trials just using anti-pd1 trial for patients who have not done IPI because of FDA approval yervoy.

I know that there are  trials using anti-pd1 drug as a stand ALONE drug but I have called location sites doing the trial & these sites are not recruiting.

Considering that anti-pd1 has been reported as an effective drug with less side effects, I know people areinterested in taking this  drug

I know that you have great sources…any information on future trials using anti-pd1 drug as a stand ALONE drug.

Jimmy aprreciate all your insight & help.

        Jimmy,

Thank you so much for passing on valuable information from your sources.

I realize there are presently these trials testing anti-pd1 and pdl-1 but when I called the site locations they are no longer recruiting:

        http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00729664

        http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00730639

Do any of your sources have any information on "NEW" future trials for MELANOMA patients using anti-pd1 drug or anti-pdl1 as a the trial drug with NO combination of any other drug (s) just  anti-pd1 drug or anti-pdl1 for melanoma patients that have NOT take IPI?

I have not taken IPI & prefer to particiapte in a trial using anti-pd1 drug or anti-pdl1 as a the trial drug with NO combination of any other drug (s).

Anyone know if there are any "NEW" future trials for MELANOMA patients using anti-pd1 drug or anti-pdl1 as a the trial drug with NO combination of any other drug (s) just  anti-pd1 drug or anti-pdl1 for melanoma patients that have NOT take IPI?

I contacted  an Oncologist  and the hes said"

"Trial at Mayo and San Antonio (START), and another  similar study at Wayne State and Nashville.

         Prior ipi probably excludes."

        I hope this helps
