Was wondering if anyone has heard of this and if so how much to you have to eat? I don't like it but if if works i'd be willing to force myself to eat it..I'm stage 3 C currently on Yervoy..

Wow. Okra tastes better than I thought. I got one yesterday, washed it and ate it raw. It had no bad taste to it at all. Much better than some of the other stuff I force myself to eat like broccili (sp).

They really don't say anything about how it was cooked. They mention "Southern Diet", which makes me think "Breaded and fried", which is exactly how I like my okra. I'll have to try it raw, since I'm sure that frying negates some (most?) of the health benefits. Les is the same way.

Dont know about its Anti Cancer properties. But its a quite popular side dish in southern India.
