Jill posted this yesterday and is copied/pasted here, and this is the latest:
Eric fell tonight while using his walker. Thank god I was on the phone with Trish Losey so she came right over to help me. He rested a little and took a few steps with the walker only to start to fall over. I caught him so thank goodness he didn't get hurt. It looks as though he won't be able to use the walker. He said that his legs are getting worse. We didn't hear back from the doctor today but we think the pain may be related to the cancer in the vertebrae. I've been giving him morphine for the pain. Thank you for your prayers ♥
Grace and peace,
Carol

Carol,
Thank you so much for the update..I have no idea when my computer will be fixed….may be out for a while….Could you let Jill know my work e-mail sherron.clevenger.i0ub@statefarm.com so I don't have to bother you all the time…Explaining to her my computer is out…I would so appreciate it.
Carol, please keep me in your prayers as I still struggle daily with Jim's death. Sometimes, it still takes my breath away….it is still hard for me to believe 6 months out. I only mostly go hour to hour….I am glad I am still working, as it keeps my mind busy. That is a blessing. And I am still holding on to my God's hand and He is walking this awful, lonely journey with me. Thank you.
Take Care,

So the doctors are concerned that Eric may have Guillain–Barré syndrome. It's a possible side effect from the treatment and because things are getting worse they are afraid that it could move up into his abdomen and they would have to put him on a ventilator. They are also doing more MRI's on the spine and neck. Posted 5 hours ago
