      Hi Celeste, I agree with your feelings about the retrospective design including one treatment folks!!! The data does make one think that if a pd-1 patients needs future treatment due to progression after stopping treatment, that clinical trials or Ipi+nivo combination might be better choice than using pd-1 monotherapy a second time!!!!Best Wishes!!!Ed
