Male, 64, married, longtime surfer in Hawaii, sun and outdoors lover, often shirtless, sunburned as a kid. Also have prostate cancer, treated twice with HIFU and now headed for a third time because the doctors are trying to spare the nerves so they don’t quite get it all – it’s very small.
