Hi, I took mekinist/tafinlar combination for a year for stage 3b in head and neck. During first 3 months got fevers and chills, was advised by my oncologist to take fever reducer like Advil, stop treatment for a few days until fever went away. after 3 months, fevers stopped completely and felt normal except for being very tired at the end if the day. I could tinued working full time during my treatment with only a few days missed work due to fevers. I took Protandim, Chanca Piedra, and Tart Red Cherry supplements throughout my treatment which helped considerably with Joint pain and other side effects and continue to take them 3 years later. After completing treatment it was difficult to get over the tiredness, but getting back to the gym to gradually build fitness and endurance really helped. This is a great treatment, don’t be afraid to try it. I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity.
