I am a very fit and active 55 year old woman. I am a Christian with a deep faith in God and have a wonderful husband and a beautiful family, complete with our 8 year old yellow lab named Toby. I have been working in the Financial Industry for 25 year and am employed by a major brokerage firm, so my work environment is extremely hectic and stressful. I love my Spin and TRX workouts and usually attend 8 classes weekly. I have very little down time but on the weekends try to find ways to decompress a bit. My husband and I decided to buy some leisure road bikes within the next few weeks so we can ride together on the weekends.
