      Hello, dear, don't worry, that's easy to get photos form iPhone to PC, accordint to personal expereince, iTunes doesn't allow people to  copy files form Apple device to computer,but you can learn the tips from this artilce: which is mainly talking about : how to transfer photos from iPhone to computer. and for all of iPhone files, try iPhone to computer app.
