Aso a child and teenager of the 80’s and 90’s, I suffered a number of severe sunburns from lack of sunscreen use. I also used tanning beds leading up to prom. At 30 I received 2 melanoma diagnosis and a 3rd 6.5 years later. I’ve been diagnosed with dysplastic nevi syndrome as well.

I’ve been married since 2000, have 2 boys, and currently teach 7th grade social studies after spending 11 years as a high school teacher.
