Did 6 months opdivo but stopped due to side effects. 3 years later had another node removed, same arm, near the elbow. Wide excision not clean margin. Surgeon wants to do further excision under anesthesia.  Waiting to hear when to get PET scan. Did five rounds nivolumab but had to stop due to severe diarrhea and joint pain.  Steroids for one month helped but one year later joint pain remained.  Rheumatologist confirmed psoriatic arthritis. I was tapered on prednisone for three weeks. &nbsp;Last treatment was December.
