      Ok, a sincere thank you. My concern is the invasion into the dermis. Please correct me if I am wrong, but is invasion into the dermis still in situ?

      Thank you. My concern is that the pathology “single and nests of melanocytes with invasion into the dermis” are consistent with Melanoma. What is the difference?

      Thanks for your support! I am extremely concerned as my dermatologist has been rather tight lipped regarding this whole process. I had the WLE completed last week, and I am waiting for pathology. Interestingly, I also developed vitiligo over a year ago in multiple locations. What concerns me is lack of lesion depth, and per the initial path report that it was not fully resected.
