39 year old male. Primary on back diagnosed stage 3a on 12/2019. SLN with 2 nodes positive. NRAS mutation. One year of nivo as adjuvant through January 2021. Chronic side effects include hypophysitis, but remained NED.

Identified 5mm lung nodule in April 2021. Monitored until 1 cm in September 2021. Bronchoscopy was nondiagnostic. Signatera ctdna test was negative with nodule at 1.1 cm in November 2021. Presumed melanoma. Reviewing clinical trial options that will confirm stage IV diagnosis and optimize risk benefit for my case.
