Athletic, enjoy outdoors. Hiking, kayaking, running, gym and ballet barre classes.
I wear 15-20mm/Hg graduated compression leggings and tights due to mild lymphedema. Currently, I am having trouble finding graduated compression wear designed for women who work out. I’m doing well with sunscreens and sun-protective clothing and swimwear but I still don’t feel very confident about how to handle summer activities outdoors.
