I have been taking Plexus products for almost two years.   I am currently receiving nivolumab and completed ipilimumab earlier in the summer.   I am confident that the Plexus products have helped minimize the side effects of these drugs.   I have not missed a day of work while receiving treatment and I have not experience any fatigue.

Where in Florida are you?   When I asked the founder of Melanoma International Foundation for a melanoma specialist in my area (near Jacksonville) she referred me to Dr. Joseph at Mayo.

I am  somewhat a newbie too, diagnosed December 24, 2014.   Everything I read and asked made it clear that a melanoma specialist is a MUST.   My melanoma was 1.45 and I had the SLN and it didn't seem to be a question to have it or not  more standard procedure.   I hope someone more experienced can chime in for you.

Thanks everyone.   I really appreciate everyones input and confirming what I was thinking.   I am searching for a melanoma specialist in my area.   Needless to say, I will not be returning to that dermatology office.   I am horried at the incompeteness and what she put my family through with her lack of understanding of the pathology report.
