      My pathology was very similar. Clark IV – 1.5mm. Diagnosis: Nevoid Malignant Melanoma arising from pre existing compound nevus. Had a WLE and negitive SNLB.

      Hey there ♡ I was diagnosed with the exact same thing on my left forearm in July 2015. Neviod 1.5mm Clark level IV. Negative SNLB, I was not offered any treatment, just had a baseline PET scan following the negative SNLB.

      Hopefully your needle biopsy comes back negative.

      I was diagnosed in July 2015 with stage 1b, negative sentinel lymph node biopsy. Tricare approved my PET scan, so hopefully they won’t give you too many problems.

      My was on my left forarm, WLE and SLNB is general anesthesia. My recovery time was a week, my sentinel node was locates just above the inner crease of my elbow. My margins were 2cm. Today actually marks 1 year since I got that dreaded diagnosis.
