									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My husband can&#8217;t do pembro again bc of pneumonitis. THey found he has a cdkn2a deletion which apparently is the same marker for a breast cancer drug called verzenio. Has anyone else tried this drug yet for metastatic melanoma?</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My husband Jon (Stage 4 melanoma diagnosed&nbsp;last spring)&nbsp;has a new lesion on his right kidney and 2 other spots that have increased in size (right deltoid muscle and 8th rib) as shown on&nbsp;PET scan this past&nbsp;Friday.&nbsp; He developed toxicity to Keytruda last fall so had to discontinue. Last Pet was 11/1 which was about a month after the last infusion. Scan showed shrinkage or complete resolution of many lesions but he still has a couple left.
