I don’t have melanoma, well will know for sure next week after i see the dermatologist. I’m a 60 yr female with some odd skin growths – my dad have squamous cell, so I am destined to get that, but have some questions, like can a nodular melanoma dry up and fall off (well get ripped off by accident) and completely go away?
