Hello, my wife is stage IV and the melanoma is spreading quickly. She just had a 2nd cycle of ipi/nivo and so far we haven’t seen any indication that it’s working. We met with her oncologist today, who mentioned T-VEC but said she would have to stop ipi/nivo in order to do it.

Hello, I wrote a few weeks back about my spouse who has stage IV melanoma with brain Mets and a heavy tumor burden (in every organ). She received her first infusion of ipi/Nivo 3 weeks ago, which has depleted of all of her energy and she has lost a lot of independence (went from walking and being active to now needing a wheelchair).
