									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One question? All the brain scans (MRI) before this symptoms showed not mets? In my case I have 6 mets in my brain treated with SRS radiosurgery. Pembro and SRS seems the best combination for brain mets. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Finally the problem was Lenvatinib (As ED said!). Out Lenva one week and colitis solved. I started again a couple of days ago with an small dose and things are going well. Thanks for your comments, so useful for talk with medical staff. </p>

My Onc recommend Sinovac cause he said &#8220;It was developed according to traditional way&#8221;. I can choose between Pfizer and Sinovac, and chose the Chinesse. After 10 months of TAF/MEK treatment (Targeted Therapy) with good results, due to some progression and really bad side effects, I was changed to Pembro (Immunotherapy) + Lenvatinib.
