									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> Had wide extension on right elbow and  2 lymph nodes from my arm pit removed. The skin showed Melanoma in situ completely removed with microsatellites removed. Tumor present in lymphatic vessel. Lymph node #244 negative. Lymph node #325 positive for metastatic melanoma  with largest focus 0.06.  Surgeon says this is 3c.
