I’m trying to remain hopeful that treatment will work but I was shocked with the growth. Waiting for next steps is hard. I’m thinking stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) might be an option now as well.

I’m on ipi/nivo combo and my oncologist did not recommend getting a vaccine since they do not know effects. I’m in Canada, maybe that matters. It’s very frustrating since I feel more at risk while on treatment and prednisone.
