SLNB{negative} and surgically removed. Just got a biopsy MODERATELY DYSPLASTIC COMPOUND NEVUS on my back and the dermatologist wants to remove it. I see conflicting reports to remove or monitor. Since I have had Melanoma is it recommended to remove?
