									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi there, I’m in the same boat — punch biopsy on small 3mm mole came back with severe cytologic atypia, positive margins, etc. Took a conference of pathologists to diagnose as atypical vs melanoma. Wide excision last week and still waiting for results. Annoying, but better safe than sorry.
