      I just wanted you to know that we are in a very similar situation.  My husband has recently moved to stage IIIc.  Like you, we are in this together.  My husband will be entering the vaccine trial that you mentioned if his qualifies for antigen they are looking for.  When he was first diagnosed he was given the option of interferon and entered a randomized clincial trial and was placed on the observation end receiving no interferon.
