      Yes, you should call the doc and maybe do an MRI…but no need to freak out yet.  There are plenty of benign reasons you could be dizzy.  I had a couple of episodes when I was doing IL-2 this winter.  I blame my chiropractor; I think he put something in the wrong place and it took time to find its way back – but my point is, my brain was just fine in two PETs after the dizziness happened and went away on its own.  So call the doc, be prudent…but try not to let yourself jump to the scariest conclusion.
