Thanks for the advice James. I will most definitely make sure that it doesn't prohibit me from 'ipi' afterwards. Apparently, Stephen Hodi from Dana Farber was involved in http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01026324.

I would definitely have waited for 'ipi' but arrival is getting later and later so given the option of having to use temodar (no results last time) and doing this I will opt to do this if I am allowed. My progression is really getting out of hand.
I wish somebody had more info about it though…I do know that dinaciclib selectively inhibits cyclin dependent kinases CDK1, CDK2, CDK5, and CDK9; inhibition of CDK1 and CDK2 may result in cell cycle repression and tumor cell apoptosis…but I don't know of anybody having done it. Val
