      Unfortunately yes, I did have bruising over top of a "knot" that turned out to be MM. There are lymph nodes involved.  I had seen four different doctors who thought it was just an infection.  It even responded to anti-biotics.  Tell your friend to see her oncologist as soon as possible so she can get the right information right away.

      Now I'm waiting for surgery and radiation to start, but I am still going to beat this beast!
